Call for Papers
IHCI Bridge invites original research papers that advance human-centered technology — with emphasis on human-machine integration, digital health, usability, accessibility, ethics, and real-world impact. Accepted papers are published in the Springer LNCS proceedings, the same volume as the main IHCI conference, and submissions are managed via Microsoft CMT.

Submission Guidelines
We welcome original research with contributions in the following categories:
Methodological / Technical
New theories, models, measures, study designs, analysis and evaluation methods, algorithms, and interaction techniques that enhance the user experience.
Application / System
HCI research applied to real-world challenges with evaluations — end-to-end interactive systems spanning health, education, accessibility, and beyond.
Industry
Practitioner reports emphasizing challenges, processes, and impact at scale — productised HCI, experimentation platforms, and responsible AI in practice.
Format
All submissions must follow the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) template and be submitted electronically as a single PDF in English.
Page limit: 6–8 pages, including references.
LNCS Templates & GuidelinesReview Process
All submissions receive multiple expert peer reviews. Evaluation considers originality, significance, methodological soundness, clarity, and the contribution to HCI.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the work at the workshop.
Publication
Accepted papers will be included in the IHCI 2026 proceedings, published digitally in Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) by Springer. The proceedings will be indexed in Scopus, Google Scholar, DBLP, the ACM Digital Library, and other relevant databases. Best Paper and Best Student Paper awards will be selected by the Program Committee. Authors are encouraged to share artifacts (e.g., data, code, and materials) when possible.
Authors of selected papers will be invited to extend their work by 30–50% for special issues of the Sensors and Electronics journals.
