Review Process

Our fair and transparent peer-review process

Every submitted paper undergoes peer review by domain experts. IHCI follows a double-blind review process, evaluating originality, technical soundness, clarity, and contribution to the field.

Submission Received

We verify the format, length, and topical fit of each paper submitted through the online system.

Desk Review

The program chairs assess scope and basic requirements. Papers out of scope or not meeting format requirements may be rejected at this stage.

Peer Review

Each paper is assigned to at least 2–3 program committee members for independent evaluation.

Notification & Revision

Decisions are communicated as Accept / Minor or Major Revision / Reject. For revisions, authors submit a revised manuscript and a response letter by the given deadline.

Final Decision

The final acceptance is confirmed after review of the revised manuscript.

Publication

Finally accepted papers are published in the proceedings after camera-ready submission and author registration.
