Submission Guide

How to submit your paper to the IHCI conference

The IHCI International Conference invites original, unpublished research papers in human-computer interaction, artificial intelligence, signal processing, and computer vision. All submissions undergo peer review, and accepted papers are published in the conference proceedings (e.g. Springer LNCS).

1 Paper Format

Papers must follow the Springer LNCS template (English). Full papers are limited to 12 pages including figures, tables, and references; short papers to 6 pages. Submit in PDF format and remove author information from the manuscript for anonymous review.

2 How to Submit

Papers are submitted through the online submission system (Microsoft CMT). Create an account via the ‘Paper Submission System’ link on the society website, choose a track, and upload your paper. Revisions may be restricted after the deadline.

3 Language

All papers and presentations are in English. Non-native authors are encouraged to have their manuscripts proofread before submission.

4 Research Ethics

Plagiarism, dual submission, and data fabrication are strictly prohibited. All submissions are checked for similarity and violations are excluded from review. Research involving human subjects must state the relevant institutional (IRB) approval.

5 Publication & Copyright

For an accepted paper to be published, at least one author must register for and present at the conference. Publication follows the copyright policy of the publisher (e.g. Springer).
